Early Friday morning, Seaside Police Officers responded to Twisted Fish on a report that a waitress had been given Methamphetamine as a tip while a customer was paying for some drinks. The waitress identified two people who paid for their drink order and with the payment was a envelope containing a crystal like substance. The officer recognized the substance based on his training and experience as methamphetamine.
