When you post "Drivin drunk... classsic ;) but to whoever's vehicle i hit i am sorry. :P" on Facebook you have to figure that it is not going to stay private long.
PETA is offering $5,000 for help in catching whoever drove into a flock of shore birds on the beach in southwest Washington and killed 92 of them.

Two men are facing charges following an alcohol-involved single vehicle injury traffic crash Monday night along Highway 26 about eight miles east of Seaside. The involved vehicle was reported stolen from the Seaside area about 30 minutes before the crash.

Alcohol ignition interlocks in Washington will soon have a feature designed to prevent others from performing breath tests for the driver. Starting January 1, 2013, a camera will snap a picture every time the machine is used, verifying that the driver is the person who took the test. Interlocks are required on the vehicles of those who've been accused or convicted of impaired driving. The machine requires a legal breath sample from the driver before allowing a car to start.
