Beach was part of a group of people gathered at a bonfire surrounded by other groups of people and it&rsquo;s thought that a fight started after another person, or persons were angry thinking Beach had inappropriately touched another individual. Deputies say Beach walked off into the dunes after the fight. While much of the computerized control system has been upgraded to use modern software over the past two years there is still some remaining replacements needed.
