An investigation by the Clatsop County Interagency Narcotics Team has led to the arrest of 26 year old Maile Allison Dupuy of Astoria. Detectives learned from several sources, Dupuy was selling Heroin and Methamphetamine out of her home just outside the Astoria city limits. Detectives received multiple complaints of excess vehicle and pedestrian traffic at Dupuy's residence, sparking nearly a month long drug investigation.
On Wednesday, police executed search warrants at Dupuy's residence and took her into custody without incident. Astoria residents, Ryan Wallace Kelly, 29 and, Justin Thomas Lukoszyk ,32 and Michael James Stineman,29 were also inside Dupuy's home.
During the search Dupuy's residence, detectives located and seized over a 1/4 ounce of Heroin, several grams of Methamphetamine, multiple digital scales, drug packaging material, Heroin pipes, syringes, drug transaction records and over $2200 in cash.
Dupuy was arrested on charges of Delivery of a Controlled Substance- Heroin, Delivery of a Controlled Substance- Methamphetamine, Possession of a Controlled Substance- Heroin, Possession of a Controlled Substance- Methamphetamine, Frequenting a Place Where Drugs are Used/Sold and lodged at the Clatsop County Jail.
Kelly was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Heroin and lodged at the Clatsop County Jail. Lukoszyk and Stineman were released from the scene, however, charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance-Heroin have been forwarded to the Clatsop County District Attorney's Office for both subjects.
