The Astoria Downtown Historic District Association (ADHDA) is looking for interested individuals to serve three-year terms on its Board of Directors. The Board of Directors manages, sets the policy for and oversees the operation of the ADHDA. The Board is responsible for Association finances, policy, and general direction of affairs.
Ballots will be mailed to all paid members by Nov. 15. The results of the Board of Directors elections will be announced at the annual meeting on Friday, Dec. 6, at 8:30 a.m. at Baked Alaska.
The three terms that expire at the end of this year are those held by LJ Gunderson, Katie Murray, and Stacey Brown. The candidates receiving the most votes will be elected to the board.
