Authorities sent out a weather advisory today saying "FREEZING TEMPERATURES POSSIBLE MONDAY NIGHT AND TUESDAY MORNING. THE COAST WILL SEE AREAS FALL CLOSE TO THE FREEZING MARK."  KAST Meteorologist Rick Van Cise agrees

we will be seeing some colder overnights and he mentions cooler days as well  "Today expect sunny skies but cooler temps, only in the 50s.", says Van Cise,  "Behind the front we'll have gusty NE winds to around 20 mph and lows that will drop into the 30s under clear skies tonight."

National Weather Service reminds residents, "BE SURE TO TAKE ANY PRECAUTIONS NECESSARY TO PROTECT ANY REMAINING TENDER PLANTS THAT ARE STILL OUTSIDE. ALSO CONSIDER DISCONNECTING
OUTDOOR HOSES...AND TAKE ANY OTHER PRECAUTIONS NECESSARY AGAINST THE COLD"
