The lights all went out along the Southwest Washington Coast this morning with the first reports reaching Pacific County PUD shortly before 6:30pm.  Acording to Bonneville Power Administration spokesman Doug Johnson BPA crews found a major electrical feeder line had separated and began work to repair that line.  The problem in the remote location was fixed by the BPA at 12:40pm.  However, the power was not restored by the PUD until later around 1:00pm as they gradually brought different areas back online.
