A commercial truck driver on his way to Warrenton received minor injuries Wednesday morning after his truck and trailer overturned onto their side along Highway 101 about ten miles south of Yachats.

According to Oregon State Police (OSP) Trooper Darrell Sheets, on March 6, 2013 at approximately 11:45 a.m., a commercial truck pulling a semi-trailer loaded with empty crab pots driven by NICK NICHOLS, age 50, was northbound on Highway 101 near milepost 174 negotiating a curve when both overturned onto their sides on the west side of the highway.
