Oregon State Police arrested a 38 year old man for DUII  and drug possession after he crashed his car on Highway 26 and abandoned the vehicle.  Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene of a single vehicle roll-over crash located at milepost 14 on the highway. When they arrived they found the 1989 Dodge Dakota pick-up but there was no one there.  Police stopped two men walking westbound at milepost seven and after interviewing them arrested Michael J. Redman who blew a .17 BAC.  The other man was taken to Seaside by Clatsop County Sheriff's deputies.  Redman was charged with DUII and being in possession of drugs, careless driving, and recklessly endangering another. Redman was lodged in the county jail
