Astoria Candlelight Walk To Honor Dr. King

The Lower Columbia Diversity Project invites everyone to take a walk through downtown Astoria tonight to honor Martin Luther King.  The walk will begin at 5:00pm at the corner of 12th and Commercial streets followed by a gathering at Peace Lutheran Church Fellowship Hall.  According to a flyer distributed by the Diversity Project the walk is intended to honor Dr. King's vision of equality, peace and justice through non-violence.  All ages are welcome.  For additional information call the Lower Columbia Diversity project at 503-325-1895
