Police Seek China Owner

On January 3, 2012 Astoria Police were notified by the Parks and Recreation staff that they had located a bag containing several items of china on the trail near Shively Park. The China was wrapped in a very distinctive way. Astoria Police are trying to locate the owner of the items.
