Mortgage Failures Result In November Rise

The number of homes seized by banks reached a nine-month high in November.

The foreclosure listing firm RealtyTrac says banks completed foreclosures on 11 percent more homes in November than they did the month before.

But the number of homes just entering the foreclosure process dropped 13 percent over the same period.
