Oregon Gas Price Still Around $4 Mark

The AAA auto club reports the average price of a gallon of gasoline in Oregon is $3.98.

That's down nine cents in a week and it's back to the same price of a month ago.

Some metro prices from AAA's Monday survey:

Portland $3.96, Salem $3.95, Eugene-Springfield $4, Medford-Ashland $4.04.

the average price of a gallon of gasoline in Washington is $3.99.

That's an 11-cent drop in a week and it's four cents lower than a month ago. It's 32 cents higher than the national average.
