Radio is one of the most people-intensive businesses there is. We not only believe in technical engineering and financial success, but in human engineering as well...people run our company. We strive to have the most successful radio stations in each of our markets; we believe we will ultimately achieve this goal. To do so, we surround ourselves with people who are the most talented, best trained and most driven to win; people who take pride in their communities, their careers, and their company.
We are very competitive at OMG, but we insist on doing it in a way that is fun. We believe that we are in the entertainment industry and that we should be enjoying what we do.
With a charismatic group of eleven stations (8 FM & 3 AM), located in two northwest markets, Ohana Media Group strives to create radio that fits the needs and wants of our listeners.

From our personalities delivering entertainment and news, to our advertising consultants creating customized marketing solutions for advertisers, our people are the final link between our products and the end users. Consequently, we are building our company based on attracting, training and retaining the highest caliber people in the industry.
Within each market our stations are positioned to garner the largest possible cross section of listeners and are diversified in terms of target audience and formats. looks to offer a wide range of programming choices designed to specifically meet the local needs of each market. This diversification allows us to reach the largest possible listening audience and to compete more effectively for all forms of advertising spending such as newspaper and television. In many markets our radio stations deliver a larger audience than the local television stations and/or the local newspaper.
