Sabrina Rainey, age 34, charged with 15 driving offenses last year when she was driving a Warrenton Hammond school district short bus.  The bus was turning onto HWY 101  when a pickup truck hitting the bus...the driver of that pickup suffereing serious injuries  The accident sent Rainey and 6 students to the hospital.  Two of raineys own children were on that bus and transported to the hospital after that accident.

Reports indicate Rainey was found not guilty Wednesday evening in that case in Clatsop County Circuit Court.  A six person jury reaching that verdict.  She was acquitted on all counts.  Her defense attorney arguing she was not driving recklessly because she didnt see the oncoming truck before entering the highway.  This verdict in the criminal case does not rule out the chances of facing a civil trial.
