Astoria Police are investigating an incident that was reported at Dayang Seafood located on Pier 2 in Astoria. A 36 year old female reported that a person known to her as Lazaro Villanueva Juarez displayed a knife and made threats that he would get revenge. The victim reported that Villanueva Juarez was convicted in a crime in Idaho that she and her daughter were witnesses in.

The initial report of the incident was delayed and Astoria Police have not located any witnesses to the incident. The suspect was dressed in cowboy attire wearing a white cowboy hat and matching belt and boots of an alligator type leather in orange/red. No vehicle was described by the victim. Villanueva Juarez is 5 foot 4 inches tall and weighs 120 pounds. He is 31 years old. His address is unknown. The photo released is ten years old. 

Astoria Police are seeking any information about Villanueva Juarez' location. They would also like to talk to any witnesses to the incident at Dayang Seafood. They would also like to talk to anyone who the victim told about the incident prior to reporting it to police.
