Next week County crews will continue grading and rocking gravel roads in the Brownsmead and Westport areas. Other work includes ditch cleaning in the Olney area and brush chopping in the Lower Nehalem, Tucker Creek, and Lewis and Clark areas.
NOTICE OF CLOSURES: The Rodney Acres Bridge on Dolphin Road will be closed November 1st for approximately two weeks for major repairs. Local traffic will access on Perkins Lane to the south and Dolphin Lane to the north during this time. Also, the Westport Ferry will be closed November 10th at 8:00 am for the rest of the day and all day November 11th for repairs.
